We have a requirement for an Order Processor/Practice Administrator at our busy veterinary warehouse based in Metheringham, Lincoln. We dispense to clients across the UK and EU, to independent food producers and other veterinary practices.
The primary purpose of this position sits within the scope of a data entry clerk, specifically computerised order processing and administrative duties. These include:
The successful candidate should have attention to detail and ability to plan and manage a varied workload with a good telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills.
You will need to be able to build and maintain good working relationships with fellow team members and customers. This role will require good numeracy skills together with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and an excellent understanding of Excel. Previous experience in a sales order discipline would be an advantage, but is not essential.
