Job Description

As a Sales Order Processor, you will handle inbound calls, take orders, and input them into the system, ensuring the highest level of service and a smooth process for the customer. You will be the point of contact for the sale for each customer from start to finish, providing support on pricing, stock availability, and updating on the order status. The role will also involve handling administrative duties for the department, keeping customer details updated, and maintaining records.

The Successful Applicant

Previous order processing/customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a confident telephone manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good organization skills and a keen eye for detail. An excellent team player.
