Job summary

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment in Leeds City Centre is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. This is not a sales role; there are no targets, no cold calls and no business development. It's all about coordination, accuracy and keeping the wheels turning smoothly.

You'll prepare quotations, process orders from quote to cash, keep the CRM clean, and work with Sales, Finance and Operations. Office-based during probation, then hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• Organised with an eagle eye for detail.
• Comfortable working with systems and multiple priorities.
• Experience or comfort with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and dispatch them quickly and accurately.
• Full training will be provided.
• Process orders and manage end-to-end quote-to-cash workflow.
• Keep the CRM clean, current and reliable.
• Liaise with suppliers to keep everything on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to stay aligned.
