Lorien in Leeds, United Kingdom, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to keep the sales engine running smoothly and ensure quotes, orders and service information move efficiently from enquiry to booked order.

You will work across SharePoint, CRM and internal systems with MS Excel and Business Central, supporting sales, finance and operations in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales process.

Prepare and process quotes, proposals and sales orders.
Keep customer and sales records accurate across SharePoint, CRM and internal systems.
Complete end-to-end quote-to-cash transactions including order processing.
Book customer orders accurately in the finance system.
Register services and manage supplier interactions via supplier portals.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to speed up RFQs and orders.
Track RFQs and follow up with clients and internal stakeholders.
Respond to partner and internal enquiries with product and service information.
Manage internal escalations and drive prompt resolutions.
Keep teams informed with clear, timely updates.
