Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate in the United Kingdom to coordinate pricing, bids and quotations for AV, conferencing, and networking projects. You will collaborate with OEMs, distributors and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals and smooth invoicing processes.

The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end quoting and strong Excel and numeric skills to support a fast-moving, global technology provider.

Qualifications

2+ years in a sales support, inside sales, sales operations or similar role.
Experience creating detailed, commercially competitive quotations.
Understanding of purchasing and reselling hardware and services.
Ability to own projects from start to finish.
Experience using procurement or account management software.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
Excellent time management to handle multiple priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to obtain pricing for AV, video conferencing, and networking components.
Register and manage bids with OEMs and distributors per procedures.
Create detailed quotations using Sage X3.
Present quotations to clients and handle queries.
Keep pricing data and bid records accurate and up to date.
Monitor market pricing trends to support competitive proposals.
Collaborate with Finance to resolve invoicing queries.
Attend client meetings representing Sales Operations.
Support customer follow-up and relationship management.
Work with Account Management to process project invoicing.
