TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking a detail-driven Sales Operations Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the Cisco sales function. This role goes beyond order processing, focusing on accuracy, relationship-building, and helping the business achieve its goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with order management and processes, using online ordering tools and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
• Results-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Numerate and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily sales orders and quotations accurately
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
• Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
