Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Sales Operations Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our Cisco sales team. The role focuses on order accuracy, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional service to drive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily sales orders and quotations accurately.
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
• Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
• Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
• Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
