83zero Ltd in Bracknell is seeking a proactive Commercial Operations professional for a 12-month FTC to administer and validate high-complexity orders and ensure accurate fulfilment. You’ll work closely with sales, channel partners and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes and leverage systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite and FastSpring to automate manual workflows.
Applicants should be organized, analytical and able to own problems from discovery to resolution, with strong attention
Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes?
This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for the administration, validation and successful fulfilment of orders, with a particular focus on complex or non-standard transactions that fall outside automated workflows.
You'll become a trusted expert across ordering processes and systems, while working closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders and channel partners to resolve issues and improve the way the business operates.
We're looking for someone who is organised, analytical and naturally curious, with the confidence to investigate problems and take ownership of finding solutions.
You'll ideally have experience within order management, sales operations, commercial operations, customer operations or a similar environment.
Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite or FastSpring would be advantageous, although the most important thing is your ability to learn systems quickly and become a subject matter expert in the processes you support.
This is a great opportunity to join a global software business and become a key part of its Commercial Operations function.
You’ll work closely with sales, commercial operations and other internal teams, while also supporting external channel partners and helping to improve the overall ordering experience.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making things work better, we’d love to hear from you.
