Sales Operations - Senior B2B Analyst - Dunstable

Job Title: Senior B2B Analyst

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Sales team. The Senior B2B Analyst plays a key role in the B2B Sales & Distribution team by providing insights into Premier Inn and customer activities through rigorous analysis and measurement.

You will work closely with B2B senior management to deliver analysis, reporting, and insights, validate strategies, support decision-making, and maximize revenue and business intelligence.

The role involves leveraging B2B data and MI, working with Senior B2B managers to maximize revenue across Direct Sales (Business Booker, Groups), Indirect Sales (Travel Management Companies, Online Travel Agents), and Premier Inn Business Accounts.

You will also create monthly executive summaries on B2B performance and develop sales targets and dashboards in PowerBI.

Knowledge & Skills Required:
  • Proven advanced analytical skills in a corporate environment, ideally with a numerical or analytical degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis (preferred)
  • Strong data manipulation and visualization skills, with experience in PowerBI (essential) or Tableau (desired)
  • Effective communicator, collaborative, and confident in discussing challenges and solutions
  • Experience in relevant industries (hospitality, airlines, retail, etc.) is desirable
  • Highly analytical, curious, and able to identify trends and turn data into actionable insights
