Your mission

The successful candidate will work at the heart of our Connectivity Business unit.

The Sales Operation Officer will have a central role in building a commercial solution meeting Eutelsat customer needs.

You will be based in London to oversee the development of connectivity commercial activities, and will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Support the sales force by managing the sales pipeline and quotation workflow
  • Identify urgent deals and help organize the sales plan
  • Analyze complex contracts signed with customers from various sectors
  • Register key elements of these contracts in the CRM
  • Streamline the sales workflow to ensure rapid contract delivery to customers
  • Ensure compliance with group sales procedures
  • Monitor the lifecycle of contracts and update the CRM accordingly
  • Maintain customer account data in the CRM
  • Create and distribute reports and dashboards for sales analytics
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, Innovation, Satellite Control, Teleport Operations, Legal, and Finance
  • Identify solutions to optimize Sales Operations tasks and improve efficiency
