Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking a Sales Operations Team Leader to guide a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll collaborate with the Sales Ops Manager, coach staff, and own workload planning in a hybrid work environment.

The role focuses on targets, KPIs, customer SLAs, and strong stakeholder relationships, with opportunities to influence processes and incentives within the Sales Operations function.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Strong time management and prioritisation abilities to lead a team.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage sales and customer data.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with numbers and operational metrics to drive performance.
• Clear and professional telephone and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support workload planning and daily priority management for the team.
• Role-model Sales Operational Excellence and KPI achievement.
• Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and queries.
• Act as subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
• Support Sales Operations training including onboarding and induction.
• Assist with delivery and administration of business incentives.
• Be first point of contact for escalations and drive fast resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales Management.
• Coach and motivate team members; deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.
