Job summary

Hanwha Vision in Chertsey, Surrey, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to join the Sales Strategy Team on a permanent hybrid basis.

You'll coordinate European sales activities, monitor performance, improve processes, and provide operational support to regional teams, CRM management, partner programme administration and tender submissions. Strong Excel, CRM experience and proactive collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, business operations or sales support.
• Strong Excel skills with sales data, reports and KPIs.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination.
• Proactive, solution-focused with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales planning, KPIs and quarterly performance reviews.
• Consolidate and analyse regional sales and partner performance data.
• Maintain sales procedures, pricing guidelines and process docs.
• Support CRM management and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate STEP Partner Program administration and communications.
• Administer NDAs, IDAs and STEP Agreements and follow ups.
• Support new starter training and regional process adoption.
• Coordinate information for project and tender submissions (RFIs/RFQs).
• Prepare materials for sales meetings and reviews.
• Help improve operational processes across regions.
