About the Role

Established, successful UK SaaS product company seeks to expand its commercial team by hiring an experienced Sales Operations Analyst. The role focuses on sales operational excellence, leveraging CRM data (Salesforce) and a commercial mindset. You will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations on a global scale.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of Salesforce CRM, including sales reporting and MI reporting.
  2. Support the sales team to achieve targets through data-driven insights.
  3. Collaborate closely with sales leadership, sales enablement, and commercial operations teams.
  4. Drive sales success with data-focused CRM decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with software sales teams, with in-depth Salesforce CRM knowledge.
  • Strong data and analytics skills, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Excellent team player, thriving in a busy, growing tech environment.
  • Additional skills in BI tools and Salesforce modules such as Tableau, Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Power BI are a plus.

  • Location: London office, mainly remote/home-based; 1-2 days in London office.
  • Salary: £55K - £60K + 10% bonus + benefits (holiday, pension, health).
