We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to turn data into insights that inform sales strategies and decision-making. The role involves analyzing sales performance, optimizing processes, and collaborating with senior leaders across Strategy, Finance, and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing sales data and generating reports on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
2. Transforming raw data into strategic insights for sales leadership.
3. Building and maintaining dashboards to communicate key metrics.
4. Ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce and reporting systems.
5. Collaborating to streamline workflows and improve processes.
6. Partnering on sales forecasts and pipeline strategies.
7. Documenting processes and best practices.

Minimum requirements:

1. Experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence, preferably in a consulting or high-growth tech environment.
2. Strong business acumen and quantitative skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).
4. Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives.
5. Interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization.
6. Knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar data manipulation languages.
7. Understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and methodologies.
