Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions in Walsall is seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a salary up to £29,120 per year. You will be organised, proactive and able to keep processes running smoothly.

You will handle incoming calls, process orders, book hotels for engineers, ensure vehicle compliance, share updates with engineers and provide general admin support to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or sales support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and telephone manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proactive and well-organised with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to enquiries.
• Place and process customer orders accurately.
• Book hotels for engineers and manage travel arrangements.
• Ensure all company vehicles remain compliant with policy/regulations.
• Provide updates and instructions to engineers as needed.
• Offer general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
