Job summary

Envipco is recruiting a Sales Administrator in Warrington to support its UK sales team. You’ll manage customer enquiries, orders and account administration, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. This office-based role offers a clear path during a growth phase as the UK deposits return scheme expands.

You’ll report to the Director of Sales UK & Ireland, liaising with customers and internal teams to keep information current and support order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and orders is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations and sales documents.
• Maintain customer records, pricing information and order details.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve queries, escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, finance and customer service to support order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and communicate updates or delays.
• Set up new customer accounts and assist onboarding.
• Produce sales reports and data for forecasting and performance reviews.
• Administer contracts, pricing updates and service agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
