As a Sales Office Managerbased in our Livingston branch in Scotland, you’ll be responsible for:

Manage a team of six, including sales representatives, administrators, and hire coordinators, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching.

Support the team by setting KPIs, balancing workloads, and driving business sales growth.

Collaborate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Identify and nurture sales opportunities with both current and prospective customers.

Liaise with customers through phone and face-to-face interactions, successfully increasing branch sales and profit margins.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week – 8 am-5 pm.

Utilities/Hire experience is highly beneficial

Experienced in Sales and managing a team

Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Confident communicator, organised, driven individual

Strong leadership skills, motivating and supportive nature
