Connells Group in Haywards Heath is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team. You will deliver excellent service, generate valuations, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to drive sales through to completion.

This role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission, a clear career ladder, industry-leading training and progression into other specialist services within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
