Job summary

Connells Group in Swanley is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to deliver exceptional service while driving property sales. You’ll generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion, with support across Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes.

This role offers a £25k base salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training, and a clear career ladder within the UK’s leading property services business.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor
