Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Be target-driven and able to generate new business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Progress deals from offer to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for branch Mortgage Advisor when appropriate.
