Location: Tower Bridge, Newham, England

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm (1 Saturday 10 am – 4 pm)

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum + commission

Travel/Car Allowance: £2,500 or £5,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand buying and selling needs
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information
• Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best possible deal
• Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion
• Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence – essential for property viewings
• Minimum 12 months residential sales/lettings experience
• Results‑oriented, strong work ethic and team player
