Job summary

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd in Laindon invites applications for a Sales Negotiator at their multi-office independent estate agency. You will work with buyers and sellers across a range of properties, participate in the entire sales cycle, from viewings to negotiating and progressing to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate canvassing activities to generate new business
• Book market appraisals and market properties to buyers
• Conduct property viewings and progress deals through to completion
• Match buyers and tenants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
• Maintain contact with buyers, vendors and other parties to move orders forward
• Assist with negotiations and support the branch in daily operations

A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our multi office Independent client based in Laindon SS15

Property Sales experience is prefered, but determination, energy and an outgoing personality are the main skillset required for this well established independent Estate agency

As a Sales Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with buyers and sellers across the range different properties and be involved in the whole Property Sales process, from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. Full training will also be provided to none experienced candidates with the right attitudde and focus.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
• Booking market appraisals
• Effectively marketing properties to Buyers
• Carrying out viewings
• Matching prospective Tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact buyers, vendors clients other relevant parties to legal move in and completion
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
• Guiding buyers, vendors through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
• excellent administration ability and use of agency software systems
• Training provied to the right candidates

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment

The hours will be:

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm

Saturdays 9.00am till 4.00pm with a day off in the week

Salary range will be: £22 - 25K pa Basic salary, OTE of around £30,000 - £35.000pa including car allowance and 45p a mile petrol allowance
