Job summary

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator for its Laindon Hills office. No prior sales experience required; charisma, energy and an outgoing personality are essential to thrive in this vibrant team.

You will canvass, arrange viewings, market properties to attract buyers, and guide clients from offer through to legal completion. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 plus Saturday 9:00–16:00 with a day off in the week. Salary is £25,000–£27,000 with mileage allowance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience not required; an outgoing personality and drive are essential.
• Ability to engage with buyers and vendors and build rapport.
• Willingness to learn property marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities

A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our multi office independent client based in Laindon Hills SS15

Sales experience is not a necessity , however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Canvassing activities to generate new business
• Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
• Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers
• Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties
• Learn how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5 day week)

Salary: OTE of £25.000 - £27.000pa basic salary to be discussed. Plus 45p a mile petrol allowance

Must have own vehicle, some expenses covered
