Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Allen & Harris residential sales team in Westbury. The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression within the UK’s leading property services business.

You will deliver exceptional service to customers, generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate sales and progress deals through to exchange and completion, while driving new business

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office, internet and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Estate agency experience is advantageous.

Your Role as a Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results.

Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
  Ideally, have previous sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
