Job summary

Connells Group in Westbury is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Allen & Harris residential sales team. You’ll deliver outstanding service to buyers and sellers while driving business results.

£25k basic salary with uncapped commission, industry-leading training and a clear career ladder offer excellent progression across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes.

Qualifications

• Must have previous sales experience.
• Target-driven, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
