Job summary

Connells Group in Oundle is seeking an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator to join the Sharman Quinney residential sales team. The role offers a base salary of £25k with uncapped commission and clear career progression.

You will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers, with duties including valuations, viewings, negotiating offers and progressing to exchange. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• : Prior sales experience preferred.
• : Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• : Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• : Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
