Role Overview

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be a key part of the front-line team, supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process. You’ll be trained in all aspects of estate agency sales, including property valuations, viewings, negotiations, sales progression, and customer care. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone with ambition, enthusiasm, and excellent people skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Registration: Meet and greet prospective buyers, register their details, and understand their property needs.
  • Property Viewings: Accompany clients on property viewings, confidently presenting features and answering questions.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the negotiation process between buyers and sellers under guidance from senior negotiators and managers.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to both buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry to sale.
  • Property Listings: Assist with preparing property listings including taking photos, writing descriptions, uploading to portals, and updating internal systems.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek new opportunities through database calls, follow-ups, canvassing, and networking.
  • Sales Progression Support: Help chase solicitors, liaise with clients, and coordinate with third parties to ensure sales complete successfully.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the local property market, pricing trends, and competitor activity to better advise clients.
  • Compliance: Learn and adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards throughout all transactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in property and estate agency.
  • Confident communication skills with a professional and personable manner.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning CRM/property software.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred, depending on area).

Desirable (but Not Essential)

  • 1-2+ years experience in as a Sales Neogitator or in the property sector
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or administrative role.
  • Local area knowledge.
  • Understanding of the sales process or residential property market.
