Chamberlain Commercial is one of the leading commercial property agencies in North and West London. With a diverse and high-profile client base - from high-net-worth individuals and local authorities to blue-chip retailers and developers - we advise on a wide range of assets including workspace, investments, development sites, and disposals. Our team is small, agile, and closely led by our CEO, Tony Chamberlain, who will be providing you with thorough training and mentoring.

About the Role

We are looking for a bright, confident, and proactive individual to join us as a Commercial Property Negotiator. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in commercial property. You’ll begin by learning the ropes through core, essential, daily responsibilities such as:

- Opening-up and showing applicants around available commercial properties

- Registering and managing applicant enquiries

- Sending targeted mailouts and property recommendations

These are key, high-value tasks in our business - and you'll be trusted with them from day one. As your confidence and experience grow, so will your responsibilities, which will progress onto including property listings, marketing, negotiation, acquisitions, and business development.

We are a small agency, in terms of employees, which means that your input will always be valuable and necessary. We want someone who is here for the long-run, and are seeking someone who, over time and training, will be able to competently think on their feet and work off their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Initial Duties (Immediate Start):

- Accompany and facilitate property viewings across office, industrial, retail, and specialist spaces

- Register applicants and understand their property needs

- Conduct regular, tailored mailouts to active applicants

- Manage basic property enquiries and maintain our CRM database

Progression Over Time:

- Assist in drafting marketing brochures and online listings

- Build strong working relationships with applicants, landlords, and tenants

- Support deal negotiations, heads of terms, and transaction progression

- Help identify and win new business opportunities

- Stay informed on local market activity and comparable evidence

What We’re Looking For

- Ideally previous Property Sales experience

- A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people and building rapport

- A professional, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

- Organised, punctual and good with time management

- Sales or customer service experience (ideal, but not essential)

- Strong telephone and email manner, alongside sharp presentable qualities

- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
