Sales Negotiator
Rochdale
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
One in four Saturdays (9am–1pm), with time off in lieu the following week
£24,000 – £28,000 basic | OTE £35,000+
Permanent Position | Office-Based

A high-performing estate agency in the heart of Littleborough, Rochdale – a busy, well-established branch that consistently meets Vendors and Buyers expectations are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their all-female powerhouse team due to client demand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Registering new buyers accurately using Alto CRM
• Scheduling viewings and conducting them when needed
• Welcoming buyers and vendors to branch with warmth and professionalism
• Turning inbound enquiries into valuation appointments for senior staff
• Keeping all parties updated through every stage of their property journey
• Working toward team goals with a shared sense of pride and purpose

Experience & You:

We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Negotiator – how long you’ve done it matters less than who you are.
If you’re proactive, confident, genuine, and great to be around, you’ll fit right in.
