Sales Negotiator

Location: Shenfield

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 OTE + benefits

Full-time Permanent

We're working with a highly successful, market-leading estate agent that is looking to strengthen its Shenfield team with a Sales Negotiator / Property Consultant.

We're looking to start or progress an ambitious career as an estate agent, joining an established branch with a strong reputation, excellent earning potential and genuine opportunities for career development.

The Opportunity

Previous estate agency experience is advantageous, but candidates with a background in sales, customer service or hospitality will also be considered. If you have the drive, personality and ambition to succeed as a Property Consultant, full training and ongoing development will be provided.

For experienced estate agency professionals, this is an opportunity to join a successful, high-performing estate agent where you can utilise your existing property knowledge, develop strong client relationships and contribute to continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.

• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A professional, personable and commercially aware approach.
