I have an exciting opportunity to join an established, well-known independent estate agents based in Harrogate, HG1.

We are currently on the hunt for experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity to join a progressive client offering a competitive salary, a great working environment and genuine scope for personal progression.

The successful applicant will be joining a professional, respected agent who values its staff.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with previous estate agency sales negotiation to join the team and continue to grow the business and provide exceptional levels of customer service.

Full UK Driving Licence and Own Transport is ESSENTIAL.

About the role:

• Manage incoming property inquiries professionally
• Conduct viewings and deal with offers
• Deal with sales progression and resolve any issues
• Professionally deal with clients face-to-face, by phone and e-mail
• Build rapport when booking market appraisals, viewings etc
• Consistently canvass for new business and opportunities
• Daily administrative duties
• Provide support to colleagues and management
• Basic salary around £26,000
• Competitive Bonus Scheme
• Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
• 23 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays

About you:

• Proven experience in Sales Negotiation/Property Sales/Estate Agency is essential
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Ability to work under your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task
