Job description

A rapidly expanding property management company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join their team and play a key role in sourcing prime properties for sale and rent.

As the Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Identify and sourcing new properties for sale and rent that match the company's brief.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords to increase the flow of high-quality properties.
  • Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively generating leads through networking, referrals, and using various platforms to connect with potential property owners and sellers.
  • Negotiating deals with property owners and sellers, ensuring the best possible terms for both parties.
  • Maintaining accurate records of property sources and client interactions on the internal CRM system.
  • Working closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure smooth transactions from sourcing through to completion.

The Sales Negotiator will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in property sourcing or business development within the estate or lettings industry (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of local property markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

Appointment will be subject to right to work checks, satisfactory references and undertaking an online personality test.
