Experienced Sales Negotiator, Lincoln

This well-known and progressive agency is looking to recruit in its busy Lincoln city office. This is a role for experienced salespeople, with a proven track record in negotiating and listing property to strengthen and enhance the existing team and branch manager.

Having been involved in property transactions for many years, this reputable and progressive brand has expanded further into this area due to increased business levels and demands. My client is looking for sales-hungry, driven, and professional individuals to join their motivated team to convert valuations into instructions and increase the already healthy sales stock, or negotiate sales through to completion.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in selling property, excellent local knowledge, be used to working to targets, and have experience in how to extract business from every opportunity.
