Job summary

Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment in the Sanderstead area is seeking a proactive Sales Negotiator to join a respected high-street brand. You'll conduct property valuations and win new instructions, generate and follow up enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers to close sales.

Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and clients, you will maintain excellent service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in property valuations and instruction-winning.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales ability.
• Positive telephone manner and confident approach.
• Knowledge of the Sanderstead area is advantageous.
• Driving licence and access to own car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and win new instructions.
