Job summary

Orange Recruitment in Colwyn Bay is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our growing property team. You will conduct viewings, handle buyer enquiries, and negotiate offers to secure successful sales.

You should be confident, proactive and customer‑focused, with good communication and negotiation skills. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work to targets are preferred.
