Job summary

Connells Group in Loughborough is hiring an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Frank Innes residential sales team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while driving business results, including valuations, viewings and progressing sales.

You will negotiate offers, schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor, and work in a target-driven environment with uncapped commission and clear career progression within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
