Job Title: Commercial Director

The role of Commercial Director is critical to ensuring the continued growth of the business through development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with the company goals and objectives. The role holder is also accountable for developing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and market share.

  1. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, commercial, and inter-personal skills in support of the company's commercial, marketing, and customer excellence activities.
  2. Mentor and develop the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Excellence teams to create and maintain high-performing and highly engaged teams.
  3. Create winning marketing and customer experience strategies that unify all businesses within the group, cementing our leadership position within the market.
  4. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute significantly and measurably to the company's success.
  5. Lead customer contract negotiations, ensuring they meet company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand current customer needs and acquire new business.
  7. Prepare, manage, and control departmental budgets.
  8. Create and manage team incentive plans, ensuring they reward the right behaviors and align with the business strategy.
