As we enter our next growth phase, we’re seeking a strategic, driven, and hands-on Sales & Marketing Director to lead our commercial efforts, drive revenue, and expand our client base. Our plans include strategic acquisitions and new automation services to enhance our offerings and accelerate organic growth.

The Sales & Marketing Director will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on client acquisition, brand visibility, and building a scalable commercial team. You will manage sales and marketing professionals, lead the sales process from strategy to close, and align efforts with company growth goals.

Given our services incorporate automation and AI technologies, familiarity with these trends is essential to position our solutions effectively in a fast-changing market.

This role involves working towards ambitious targets, measuring performance, managing budgets, and developing comprehensive strategies. You will inspire and lead teams to meet KPIs, drive new business, and oversee sales operations, including forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or similar in the IT services industry
  • A proven record of acquiring new clients through managed and professional IT services sales
  • Consistent success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns
