Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator for its Halesowen operations. The role combines sales administration, customer support, and website management to support the sales team and drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage customer records, handle inquiries by phone and email, and help prepare quotations, orders, and invoices while maintaining on-brand website content and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join an established and successful specialist supplier based in Halesowen.

This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer support and website management. Working closely with the sales team, you will help ensure customer enquiries and orders are dealt with efficiently, customer records are maintained accurately, and sales opportunities are followed up.

The role would suit someone who enjoys a varied workload, is confident using IT and has excellent attention to detail, while also being comfortable communicating with customers and supporting the wider sales and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities as required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain and update the company website using a CMS, ideally WooCommerce.
• Upload and update product information, pricing, images and downloadable resources.
• Ensure website content is accurate, current and consistent with company branding.
• Add new products and update existing product information as required.
• Support basic SEO activity, including metadata, keywords and content optimisation.
• Prepare and publish email marketing campaigns to promote products and company services.
• Assist with social media content and updates where required.
• Ensure information is kept up to date across relevant systems.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support or similar role.
• Experience managing and updating a website using a CMS, ideally WooCommerce.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using CRM software and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
