Head of PropTech | Startups | Scale-ups | VC/PE | Built Environment

London | £28–30k (up to £32k DOE) | Full-time, Office-Based (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)

If you’ve worked in an estate agency and are looking for a more exciting challenge in sales support and marketing, this could be the perfect step forward. Join a fast-paced property development and investment company where your organisation and client-handling skills will make a real impact.

This role is ideal for a second-jobber, graduate with agency experience, or someone in an admin role within sales or lettings looking to move into a more involved and rewarding position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to sales enquiries, sending particulars, arranging viewings, and following up leads
  • Keeping CRM (Reapit) and Excel trackers accurate and up to date
  • Managing listings on portals and assisting with marketing materials and brochures
  • Supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day sales admin
  • Ensuring smooth sales progression and excellent client service

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in an estate agency – sales preferred, lettings considered
  • Strong admin skills and confidence using CRM systems (ideally Reapit)
  • Great communication, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • A desire to grow and potentially move into a sales role longer term

What’s On Offer:
