The business is now hiring a new Sales & Marketing Assistant to help deliver increasing sales growth demand. Your Role & Responsibilities
  1. Act as the face of the showroom, engaging with customers and delivering an exceptional experience.
  2. Provide expert product knowledge, helping customers explore our unique designs and customisation options.
  3. Convert showroom visitors, swatch requests, and online/email enquiries into sales.
  4. Proactive in following up with potential customers via phone and email, ensuring every lead is nurtured.
  5. Handle online customer service queries, from product questions to post-purchase support.
  6. Assist in refining and optimising digital customer service processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
  7. Help execute marketing campaigns and showroom promotions, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  8. Contribute to our digital presence by supporting photoshoots, generating social media content, and engaging with our online community.
