About the Role

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities with support from the Centre Manager.
  • Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
  • Implement incentive schemes and rewards to motivate the team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Conduct business professionally, ensuring compliance with all standards and guidelines.
Requirements
