Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Sales Manager in Enfield to lead and develop its sales team while driving continued business growth.

This office-based role operates Monday to Friday, focusing on key customer relationships and new business opportunities to maximise profitability and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Previous sales management experience within manufacturing, production, construction, engineering, industrial, or other technical B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
• Drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
• Recruit, mentor and support team members.
• Work closely with senior management on sales strategy.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Leadership role.
