Job Description Summary

Coordinate and manage in line with the "Service Product Line Business Strategy" for profitable growth through innovative approaches and develop "Service Businesses" within your area of responsibility. Secure profitable orders as committed in the unit's budget. Mainly work in your located country and support other countries as needed.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Commercial Action Plan: Participate in defining, planning, delivering, coordinating, and following-up on the Unit's capitalization efforts to achieve expansion and profitability objectives.
  2. Relation with Local Units and KAM: Plan, coordinate, and lead negotiations with KAM and local units to increase market share.
  3. Compliance: Monitor, evaluate, and review budgets against results to assess effectiveness in achieving objectives, margins, and deliveries.
  4. Marketing: Investigate, plan, and initiate new activities to explore opportunities for future business and market share growth.
  5. Innovative Sales Actions: Plan and execute actions to achieve non-standard service orders. Provide strategic spare-parts solutions to customers and address campaigns targeting customer opportunities.
  6. Reporting: Report to the Service Sales Leader for Central & Northern Europe and maintain dotted-line reporting to the Service Leader in the country.
  7. Compliance with Company Values and Regulations: Adhere to our company values, internal environmental, health, and safety regulations (EHS), and organizational processes of the management system.

Requirements:

  1. Strong experience in a related business position.
  2. University degree in engineering or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a solid commercial background.
  3. Fluent in English; Norwegian if based in Norway; other languages are advantageous.
  4. Excellent network, team player, and strong communication skills.
  5. Dynamic, challenging, capable of initiating change, and empowering others.
  6. Pragmatic approach to challenges.
  7. Customer-oriented with process understanding.
  8. Knowledge and experience in grid products and experience in a matrix organization are advantageous.
