Senior Sales Executive / Business Development - New Homes

Location: Exeter, Devon, South West

Salary: Up to c. £40,000 OTE + benefits + commission, based on c. £34,000 + commission, which varies with sales in developments

This role involves working for a prestigious developer and seller of apartments/houses, focusing on new luxury developments. It offers a chance to be part of a successful, busy business with a solid track record.

As a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will proactively sell properties, developments, and lifestyles near Exeter, managing the sales process from tours to completion. You should have experience in new home sales, ideally selling off plan, with good knowledge of the Exeter and Devon housing market.

The role requires inspiring leadership, team motivation, and excellent customer relationship skills. You will manage prospects, track sales activities, identify growth opportunities, and report to the Head of Sales.

Experience and Skills
  • Experience in estate agency, new home sales, or property development, particularly selling off plan.
  • Customer-facing sales and business development experience within a B2C environment.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and regional or international property sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proven sales track record.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Local property market knowledge is advantageous.

This position may suit someone with experience as an estate agent, sales advisor, or sales manager in luxury or new homes.

Compensation & Location

Salary: c £30,000 - £45,000 OTE plus bonuses and benefits.

Location: Exeter and surrounding areas, including Alphington, Ashreigney, Axmouth, and others listed.
