Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning, innovative property development company, with the appointment of a Project Sales Manager to join their team in Bristol.

Working as part of this exciting and ground-breaking development, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who possesses excellent people management skills as well as an analytical approach to their work.

You Will Be:

• Working alongside the Planning/Development and external design teams to plan efficient home layouts and deliver the appropriate market-facing mix of property onto the market
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to inform the sales, marketing and advertising strategies required to ensure targets are achieved
• Management of 2 direct reports
• Developing pricing strategies for each residential phases and coordinating regular pricing reviews; managing multi-phased residential schemes with a total value in excess of £1bn
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the sales rates and values set out
• Assisting with the organisation and coordination of sitewide events
• Managing the new homes sales function for both UK and international transactions, including sales targets, solicitor and mortgage broker communications and key compliance

You Will Need:

• Good experience of homes sales, including an intuitive understanding of what makes a strong customer journey
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Professional approach with excellent customer-facing manner and sales skills
• Ability to work alone and independently to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and forward plan effectively

Hours: Monday – Friday, full time

This position is office based with some flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
