Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales with a consistent personal billing track record.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable coaching and mentoring success.
- Ability to build, develop, and scale sales teams.
- Expert understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and customer sales process.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales consultants.
- Drive consultants to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual billing targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure healthy pipeline coverage.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow client relationships.
