Qualifications

• Proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to build, scale and manage sales teams.
• Expert understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sales process.
• Skilled in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.
• Data-driven commercial decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience in telecoms, digital transformation, or technical staffing markets.
• Experience taking small or new accounts to Key Account status.
