Sales Manager - Mid Market Account Executive Team

Our new business team is growing rapidly in London, and we are looking for a talented Sales Manager to oversee a group of Mid Market Account Executives, driving our UKI region forward.

About The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for capturing market opportunities in our Mid Market segment and lead monday.com's expansion upmarket through robust sales methodologies, territory planning, training, and development, with a focus on outbound motion.

  • Manage a team of Account Executives, responsible for capturing the market opportunity in our Mid Market segment.
  • Achieve and exceed ARR and other goals aligned with OKRs.
  • Lead the expansion by implementing sales strategies, territory planning, and team development.
  • Develop the team’s core skills through feedback, tailored development plans, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability.
  • Proactively manage performance with clear expectations and timely feedback.
  • Work closely with channel partners to build and nurture relationships that unlock market opportunities.
  • Develop a sustainable growth plan for the team over 3-5 years in collaboration with regional leadership.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams.
  • Experience in environments targeting 40% YoY growth and building foundations for sustainable growth.
  • Proven track record of exceeding team quotas in high-growth tech companies.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and MEDDIC methodology.
  • Expertise in solution-based sales, ROI analysis, and navigating stakeholder influence.
  • Ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Leads with transparency, empathy, and accountability.
