Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local team of self-employed Sales Executives and drive growth. You will recruit, coach and manage the team while delivering on targets and maintaining compliance with FCA rules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with consistent target achievement.
• Experience in Home Improvements or similar is preferred.
• Experience recruiting self-employed sales professionals is a plus.
• Strong motivation to lead, coach, and develop people to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of self-employed Sales Executives.
• Recruit self-employed Sales Representatives and Marketing roles to meet targets.
• Provide training, coaching and development to the team.
• Generate and manage leads from approved methods and internal sources.
• Present the Finance options in line with FCA and company policies.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to achieve business targets and reports.
